What Is Kinesiology? The Missing Piece in Executive Performance

When I was rebuilding after paralysis, a kinesiologist helped me understand something most leadership coaches miss: your nervous system determines your leadership quality.

All the strategy, mindset work, and executive coaching in the world won't help if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

Here's what traditional coaching misses: We don't think or perform in isolation. There are many dynamic moving parts—structural, biochemical, emotional, and energetic—all connected in a powerful way.

In session two, you'll learn about the state of mind that promotes stress, degeneration, and inflammation—that feeling of being disengaged and living on autopilot.

Through kinesiology, you'll discover how to be more present and connected. We access a more flexible state that promotes growth and repair pathways, mood stability, positivity, and healing.

After our 15-minute check-in, session three focuses on stretches and exercises that promote fitness, detoxification, and endurance. Your mind-body functional movement program will be customised to your physical and emotional needs.

This isn't about pushing your body harder—it's about helping you destress and let go of negative emotions that you're ready to release.

I'll assess any physical symptoms or pain in your body and work to aid correction, addressing you structurally, biochemically, emotionally, and energetically.

  2. Biochemical: Nutrition, hormones, toxins, gut health
