Amanda founded her private practice Bend Like Bamboo in 2014 after winning a Go For Gold Scholarship with MS Limited, where she specialises in mindset and helping clients optimise health outcomes and achieve quality mind and body. Now, as a resilience trainer and keynote speaker Amanda brings her effective techniques into the business world, both in Australia and Globally. Her business experience over two decades, as CEO of several businesses, and the industries best as her contemporaries, gives Amanda insight into the demands and expectations of the leaders she works alongside.
