I know what it feels like when your body forces you to stop.
At 29, I was paralysed down the left side of my body from a Multiple Sclerosis attack. I was told I may never walk again. That experience didn't just change my body, it changed everything I thought I knew about stress, resilience, and healing.
Today, 15 years in remission, I've built a career helping executives, founders, and high achievers do what I did, not just survive what life throws at them, but transform through it.
I'm not just a practitioner. I've been the patient, the CEO, and the person who had to rebuild from the ground up. That's what makes this work different.
