Week 1: Amanda’s Story

The first week starts with an inspirational keynote that focuses on the power of self-belief and resilience. You will learn the art of bending like bamboo and transforming obstacles into opportunities. In this session, Amanda will share her resilience formula that will help you succeed both personally and professionaly.

Week 2: Happy Mind

Are you not feeling as confident, motivated, happy, and energised as you’d like to be?

In the Happy Mind session, Amanda defines flexibility and how it impacts everything that matters to be more focused and motivated to face adversity and changes that we are experiencing at work and within our relationships

Week 3: Happy Body

Are you feeling fatigued by the lack of fitness and endurance in your body?

In the Happy body session, Amanda will teach you a functional stretch and movement restorative session that exercises the body and detoxes the mind of negative emotions.

 

Week 4: Happy Food

Do you want to eat healthily but cannot find the time to prepare meals for the family?
