How adversity can build inner strength

Strength isn’t a gift bestowed upon us in moments of comfort—it’s forged in the valleys, in the dips, and in the storms we never saw coming. We all face them— the moments that knock the wind out of you and leave you questioning everything.

In the thick of it, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, asking, "Why is this happening to me?"

But resilience is found in that quiet pause—the breath you take when you realise, “I am still alive. I am still here. I can do something about it.”

It’s not about avoiding life’s challenges, but learning to be flexible, to bend with the wind and gain our strength from the very pressures that seek to break us. This is how we learn to bend without breaking.
