Red ruby smoothie

RED SMOOTHIE WITH BERRIES, GRAPES & PINEAPPLE

Serves 2

 

180g or 1 cup red berries

165g or 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

150g or 1 cup red grapes

220g or 2 whole bananas

125g coconut water

20g or 1 tablespoon chia

5g or 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated

250ml iced water to thicken & cool

 

Method

1.     Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2.     Garnish with fresh fruit and herbs.
