GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH GREEN MELON, SPEARMINT
TUMERIC & GINGER
Serves 2
180g or 1 cup green melon, chopped & peeled
140g or 3 cups spinach & kale
80g or ½ medium cucumber
300g or 2 whole large bananas
125g coconut cream or ½ cup
20g or 1 tablespoon seaweed powder
20g or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
5g or ½ small bunch fresh spearmint leaves
5g or 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric
5g or 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
250ml iced water to thicken & cool
Method
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with fresh fruit and herbs.
